Terms and Conditions of Use

You're about to join a community of drivers working together to build and share real-time road intelligence (the "Service") to ensure their security and integrity of their wallet. Since the data found in CAMARAD™ is generated by the users, your collaboration and patience are essential in order to achieve success.

By clicking 'Accept' you confirm that:

1. You have read and agree to the 'Terms of Use'. The use of the Service is subject to this agreement and indicates your consent.  This summary is not meant to replace them. It is intended for convenience purposes only.
    

2. Your use of this real time service application is at your sole risk.
    

3. Since the data is generated by the community of users, it may not always be accurate.
    

4. Always pay your full attention to the road and abide with all transportation laws and regulations. The use of a mobile phone or similar device while driving is a real hazard and sending user data to the Service while you drive is strictly prohibited.
    

5. You accept that CAMARAD will receive detailed location data from you device (GPS data for example). CAMARAD uses this data for the sole purpose of providing you with the service and improving the quality and precision of the data provided to you by said service.
    

6. CAMARAD lets you use its service whether you’re logged in through your Facebook account or not. However, only those logged in through their Facebook accounts will be able to share location data to improve the service. Please note that if you use the service as an anonymous guest, you won’t have access to all the functionalities offered by the service. Amongst other things, you won’t be able to add or modify data provided by the community. Remember, the success of the service directly depends on the data provided by the community of users.
    

7. You hereby confirm that you own all exclusive rights at any data and content (the "Content") that you provide to the Service and may assign in license such rights. You keep all title and rights to the Content, but you grant CAMARAD a worldwide, free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable and perpetual license to use, copy, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform and exploit in any other manner the Content. Subject to the aforementioned, CAMARAD keeps title and all rights to the Service's database. You may use the service and its data for non-commercial and private purposes only, unless you obtain a written agreement with CAMARAD.
    

8. The CAMARAD service is offered for free, with hope that you find it useful. However, CAMARAD or its employees, directors, shareholders, advisors, rightful claimants or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable to you or to any third party, for any reason whatsoever, as result with the use of the CAMARAD service. You hereby irrevocably release all of the above from any liability of any kind, for any consequence arising from use of the Client or Service, including, but by no means limited to, any loss, loss of profit, damage to reputation, fee, expense or damage, direct or indirect, financial or non-financial.
